Make sure you have everything before you leave. I did a curdside pickup, got back home and realized they did not give me my side item of pretzel bites. I called the store to get a refund for the missing item as I have in the past when it happened. The employee told me he can give me a coupon that would be snail mailed to me or I can come back. I’m on my lunch break, I don’t have time to come back. I asked for a refund as I was charged for something I did not get. He told me to hold for the manager. Then the same employee comes back and said the manager (Jordan) didn’t want to talk to me because he can’t offer a refund. I said what do you mean? This location has before. He said hold on, and gets Jordan to finally talk to me. He said he won’t do it even though it is possible to do so because the owners told him not to. I don’t care what your owners think to be honest as I highly doubt this is corporate policy if your system allows it to happen. You charge a product, you don’t give me said product, you offer a refund for the product. I will not be coming back to this location after this experience. And Jordan is terrible at handling customer complaints giving attitude back to me as I’m frustrated with his store’s “process.” Doesn’t seem like a good representation of the company to me.
