This restaurant is a joke and I don't understand why anyone returns. The ONLY reason I stayed to receive my order was to appease a young, picky eater.
The restaurant is dirty, front to back and top to bottom. Dive bars are cleaner.
A person doesn't take your order, greet you, or acknowledge your presence until a bag of food with your name is slung onto the counter. Dive bars have better service.
We ordered two burritos (kiosk) mid-afternoon and waited ~50 minutes while five employees puttered about aimlessly. Two employees worked hard, pulling the weight of the rest of the crew. I don't understand why some were working while others were just moving in slow-motion.
Soda machines were out of syrup and/or broken entirely.
The kitchen was a nightmare. If your grandma was cooking her very best dish in that kitchen, you'd never eat her cooking again.
The bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned this week, and it was Saturday. They smelled like a locker room.
The condition of this establishment is unbelievable. Absolutely will not return.
If you frequent this location for the drive thru only, strongly recommend visiting the dining room to see what is happening...
Read moreGood food but I can get the same thing at any Taco Bell faster than this one.. Very very Slow slow service. every time I go Im waiting 20 minutes or longer for just 1 meal that's under 10 bucks. Today I waited not only 10 minutes in the drive thru lane but I decided to go in and order because I thought it would be faster.... nope 15 minutes on top of the 10 waiting in drive thru. 5 of those minutes were waiting for someone to take my order. And when someone did take my order he didn't seem totally engaged with what I was ordering so I made sure when I got my food that it was right and it was. Things need to run smoother there. But if I could go at 9 9:30 at night i get the same service. Slow. There were about 6 guys on the line and 1 girl on the drive thru register no one at the register inside. Some guy had to keep jumping off the line to take people's orders. And this is the case every time I go. They need to either hire more people or train the ones they got because I feel like this was the last straw for me to go back. The Taco Bell on 30 is out of my way but worth the drive because it's faster service. And the place was not clean and the mango tea...
Read moreI went inside to order “to go” around 11:20 am. The person behind the counter was prompt and energetic. Once I ordered two bean burritos and a soft taco meal, I turned to the condiment counter. There were no napkins and they had to use bathroom paper towelettes. They were out of mild sauce in the entire store which is the only sauce my wife eats on her burritos. The trash bin was full and overflowing. The tables were noticeably dirty and there was only one group in the place. I received the food in a timely manner. The tacos were undersized and a photo would not have made anyone proud. The bean burritos were embarrassing. The amount of beans accounted for less than the condiments added to it. They were the cheapest burritos I have ever received from a Taco Bell. I called my wife and asked what she thought due to the burritos being for her. Since it was the holiday, she said it was fine and she would simply eat them. This whole situation would be deemed an epic fail and my wife saved the circumstance from escalating. I added a photo of the burrito still in the...
