I have left maybe 2 reviews and have never contacted support in my life over an employee so I ensure you this is a big deal to atleast me. I was in your Warsaw store Monday December 18th just to ask about xbox deals with my daughter and to just browse. Well as I was looking at things my daughter who is 4 keeps showing me stuff from games I played when I was a kid. Kirby sonic Mario etc. And your employee Josh [not sure of last name] proceeds to make my little girls day repeatedly by bringing her over stickers and little posters from old promotions. This man went above and beyond so much. This store has a reputation of bad employees. As you can see from my purchase history I tend to frequent other gamestops bc largely this reason, that and stock. But after all of this I renewed my subscription (which I hadn't planned on doing) and proceeded to spend over 100 in the store and 40 the next day. You can verify by checking my account purchase history. So to wrap this up, this guy made my girls day. She is still showing off her stickers and posters to her sister. People in retail jobs like his don't come along often. Most don't care or just there for the income. I feel this guy Josh truly loves his job and actually cares about his customers. Read moreWe came in around 3:45 to pick up a switch that was being held for us. The employee Navena was extremely pushy. When we were asking questions about a promotion being applied, she continued to cut us off while we were asking and said “It doesn’t make sense on the receipt but it’s there”. When we were discussing getting the warranty she continued to interrupt and told us we needed to get it to get the promotional savings, which turned out to be untrue. It felt like she wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. But when We repeatedly said we didn’t need games (as we had a switch at home and planned on getting downloadable games so our kids couldn’t lose them.) Navena kept pushing games at us and downloadable cards while her boyfriend uncomfortably hovered around. I completely get needing to eat while you’re at work, but chomping on a sandwich while pushing that we needed to buy a new game felt unprofessional as well.

I wish that wasn’t the case as I prefer supporting and giving my money to a shop that is giving jobs to people as opposed to the non personal online shopping experiences. The staff are usually friendly except for one female supervisor/manager who is always beyond rude every time we come in. I have tried to find her name so that we can report her to corporate. She should have been fired long ago with how she treats her employees and customers. The other issue we’ve had is that there is almost nothing in stock. Everything has to be ordered which removes the need for a store at all. I was looking through Switch games and a staff member told me they had almost none of them actually in stock and to bring him each one that I was interested in and he’ll see if they have it.
