Mattress Firm Warsaw — Hotel in Warsaw

I was very unhappy with my experience. When I purchased the mattresses, I made it very clear that I needed delivery after 4:00 Monday through Thursday or anytime Friday - Sunday. I was told this wouldn't be a problem so it was scheduled for Thursday. I was notified the delivey would be made between 1 and 3 so I explained that no one would be home at that time. The manager told me that it could be changed to Sunday which was great because we would be there all day to accept the delivery. I was told on Friday by the manager, there was not room on Sunday's truck, and it would have to be later the next week. I explained that we need a delivery after 4. We had to cancel our order and go somewhere else that delivered the same day without a delivery charge and was half the prise. Mattress Firm lost a $4000 sale and the manager didn't seem to care at all. Skip the chain operations and go with local business for better...

Jonathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. He was very patient with us trying out everything and asking a million questions! He was very kind never pushy at all. Jonathan made mattress shopping fun!

We left to try out a few other stores with mattresses in Warsaw. None of them quite had the variety Mattress Firm did, nor did they have generous return policies or warranties as this store does. We came back to Mattress Firm!

We got a great bundle deal for their 4th of July sale. Some of the mattresses are expensive, but I believe you are paying for the quality, which is important in a mattress.

I desperately needed a new mattress and decided to look at Mattress Firm. Autumn was working and she was amazing. She tried to help me find a great deal and gave helpful suggestions. She explained about the beds she used and loved, and she even let us know the pros and cons for different beds. We thought we found the one, but we gave the store one more glance and then we found it. The perfect bed. Autumn was so helpful in telling us about all the features, warranty, and delivery options.
