Customer service is TERRIBLE they are so unorganized they are in there clearing orders of the screen in an attempt to keep their time down meanwhile they have no idea what we ordered when we get to the window the lady ask us 3 different times if we had ordered something that we did not. Then one of the items was completely wrong. So instead of them charging my three difference for the correct item then told me I had to pull around the now extremely long line to reorder which I refused to do so they took the order back through the window to "fix it" then brought it back and handed it to us with attitude. We also ordered fresh fries 2 of them the fries were not hot at all I told them and they handed us a fresh one mind you we had two. At this point I'm over it and I ask the girl for the manager she said she didn't know where they were so I took my food inside. To be met at the counter by a man that I could see in the background from the drive through where I had just ask for the manger. I ask him for the manger and he said he was the manager. I told him that the girl at the door just told me she didn't know where he was however I had seen him the entire time. After I got my refund I'm heading back out and I hear laughing and chatter from the young workers and one of the workers yell bye bye now now in today's world and any other customer that could've been taken As disrespect and ended up on Worldstar. I said then don't be disrespectful because I am still in here and I can hear everything. I got my refund and went to Wendy's. Where I was giving great service! This McDonald's is a joke. Read moreI visited this location a few weeks ago on my way to vacation. I went through the drive thru, made sure i had all my food, and got back on the interstate. Once i was back on the road I took a bite out of my burger and bit into a wad of hairs. I spit it out and threw all the food away. I tried to contact the restaurant but they wouldn't answer their phone. Eventually I contacted corporate instead and they sent my complaint to the GM of this location. After about a week she contacted me and apologized for what happened. I told her all I wanted was my money back and she understood and said only the owner can give refunds (weird policy but whatever). She said he would be calling me within the next day to resolve the situation and if he doesn't call, she will. I waited 4 days and called them again. The GM said she didn't know why he wouldn't call me and said she'd reach out to him again and he would contact me within a day. It's been over a week since then. I wasn't even planning on leaving a review, I just wanted my money back for the food I couldn't eat. But if you can't even have the decency to make things right for someone that you gave inedible food to, you don't leave me much of a choice. Do not waste your money on a gross place...
Read moreI only go here for strawberry frutopia since it's the closest McDonald's to me. The service is horrible aside from 2 employees. I've seen grass grow faster than these people move and never make the mistake of using the outer drive through order monitor They never watch that camera or its broke and you will sit there and watch the inner monitor go through 10 cars before you get ticked off and leave. Also. Never order breakfast after the normal times for breakfast in the drive through. Both times I have they asked me to pull forward in the drive through spots and they'd bring out my hash browns. Both times I had to go in after waiting 20 minutes to find them on the fry rack and both times I stood there and made them remake everything because it was cold and cold McDonald's is disgusring. Oh and the first time it happened the manager tried to say I didn't order hash browns I pointed out oh because they just so happened to keep 3 on the fry warmer at all times and had the receipt.
