Cake and Cup Bake Shoppe — Restaurant in Warwick Township

We moved to Lancaster County from Montgomery County, PA near the beginning of 2021. While we weren't able to find a bakery for my birthday that first year, we found Cake and Cup in 2022. We instantly fell in love with this amazing bakery, and have gotten my birthday cake there every year since then. Basically everything we've ever tried here has been superb, the employees are always professional and ready to help with whatever we need. We're always pleased with the warm, welcoming atmosphere whenever we come in, and we knew pretty early on in our planning that we wanted to use them for our wedding.

Our primary point of contact for our wedding cake was with Tan'a Highfield, who answered any of our many questions and allayed any concerns we had throughout the entire process. We wanted a geode cake, and Tan'a worked with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I'm happy to say that the results were even better than we could have imagined, and everything went incredibly smoothly. To begin with, they were the only shop I contacted out of 3 who were prompt to respond back. I emailed two others besides them and no one else got back to me. Prices were decent. It was a new place so I was willing to try it out.

Granted I didn’t realize it was a half hour drive, but again, new place so I wanted to try it. I arrived an hour sooner than I had said and they had it ready. It was just as a had wanted: Minnie Mouse Cake, chocolate with peanut butter icing. My child was happy. The packaging was great. A nice size box that survived a half hour drive home and didn’t flop the cake around to where everything came off. Almost nothing came off so it stayed intact.

Now I’m not one who’s a huge cake eater. It’s either too much icing, too sweet, dry, etc. Yes quite a bit of work goes into making them so I understand. I’m just picky.

This place was perfect. The cake was moist which I was happy about. The icing wasn’t dried out and it had enough peanut butter flavor to specify its peanut butter but not too sweet. The chocolate wasn’t too sweet so had just the perfect amount to it. I actually finished my piece of cake for once. I was happy with everything and would definitely come back again for...

Love their products so much! I heard about Cake & Cup through a close friend and chose them to create the cakes for my wedding. They provide amazing sample boxes so my husband and I could pick out exactly what we wanted it was a tough pick because all of their flavors were so delicious! I sent in some inspiration and a detailed description of what I was looking for. They did such a great job! The cakes were so delicious and we got tons of good feedback about them from our guests. I ended up ordering cupcakes from them again later for my sister’s baby shower. Once again, they did NOT disappoint. They looked exactly like I imagined. The flavors are superb, the designs are fabulous, and the people are so kind and great to work with. This company really has it all. From the products to the talented and kind staff I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
