Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick

I go here at least 3 times a week for the usual Medium Iced Coffee, Hashbrowns and Bagel toasted with either Cream Cheese or Butter. I went here three days in a row ordered my usual the prices went from $6.00 to $6.57 to $5.45. I called the manager and told her at first she did nothing and said oh must be computers on register acting up. I said ok well can you do anything about the price and she said what is it that you want me to do? I said maybe discount me on the price or something since it’s your computers fault. she said no can’t do that. I am a customer that goes there a lot and all of a sudden the prices change? That is unfair. I used to be happy going here now I don’t. I feel like they need to train the cashiers on the prices on the menu. I also gave a $10 bill to one of the cashiers I bought a coffee medium iced I should of gotten more money back but never did. When I asked the girl what happened I gave you a $10 she said I don’t know. I am going to take my business elsewhere and tell my family and friends about this becuase this is unacceptable from Dunkin Donuts. They need to train the cashiers to be honest. They tend to hire people becuase they are desperate but never actually take the time to hire someone who is honest and responsible. Let me start by saying the women at this location at night are amazing! They are always so pleasant and accommodating. I would get coffee here 5 nights a week on my way into work. Now that I'm going to days I just stopped in at noon for my coffee and ham, egg and cheese bagel. I order my coffee black with one sugar. There is clearly cream in this coffee. I mention it and ask for it to be remade and I am told by this woman (that clearly had no want to be working that day) that it's the flavor shot. No remake. I get this coffee 5 days a week. I know how dark it should be, it shouldn't look like a milk shake. Then she asks "what was your egg and cheese on again?" I say, "it's a Ham, egg and cheese and it's on a plain bagel". She says "oh yea ham egg and cheese". She continues with a poor attitude and I get out the parking lot to bite into egg and cheese, no ham. Mind you I was literally the only person in the drive thru at the time. Clearly I am frustrated. I get home with the groceries, and tell my wife. She says her experience this morning was also terrible as the same girl was complaining she was too sick to be in the building, and didn't want to work. Loud enough for the customers to hear it all which is prompting this review. Needless to say the $2-6 each my wife and I spend here multiple days a week will now go to the Honey Dew down the road. I came through and ordered a cold brew with cream and sweet foam on top. When I got to the window, paid and tipped, I was then handed this drink shown below. Since there was no visible foam on top and the drink had no foam lid, I asked the employee "does this have cream and sweet foam?" to which the employee monotonously said "yup" and walked away from the window. I gave her benefit of the doubt because I know sometimes drink components can be unpredictable and thought maybe it just mixed into the drink, but this just tasted like regular cream and cold brew. Why are we lying to customers?

Also, I've repeatedly gotten green tea refreshers here in the past that were more green tea than refresher. This was my regular dunkin at one point because it used to be good but any time I've gone in the past year or so it's been disappointing each time. As somebody who has spent years in fast food service, I get the job can be annoying, so I try to be chill when these things happen, but when I try to bring attention to my order being wrong (without being rude, because service workers are people too) and I get brushed off its like, don't worry, I got the hint! (Don't come to this store during the wrong shift if you want good service)
