Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick

I'm here every morning and order the same thing. The staff is friendly and i always enjoy my morning dunkin run i remember wearing a rock paper scissor shirt and one of them challenged me to a game and it was so early i was caught off guard but it made my morning and normally i only go to dunkin for myself but somedays the family wants some and my mom loves her glazed munchkins. Today was amazing as i was a 2 dollars short due to my bank locking my card unknowingly and luckily having some cash on me they graciously paid the 2 dollars for me and this was a morning everyone in the house wanted something. if it was just me it wouldve been okay to start but they really just know how to go above and beyond 10/10 will order everyday. The worst customer service ive ever had. the girl on window spoke down to me told me i should have came in the store then handed me coffees and shut the window saying bye so i drove away my sons coolata and coffees were not in the tray properly and spilt all over my seat and she forgot my food. i drove back through the drive threw and she tried to had me 20 min old food which was cold i asked her to remake it and she started screaming to her coworkers they wont take it and ultimately freaking out. Hands down this is the very best of the best Dunkin Donuts in all of Warwick. The manager “Kristen” is a favorite by the entire community, she’s cooler than cool. The shop and facility are top shelf only a few tears old. Location is perfect for quick stop before jumping on highway. The coffee and food in all their flavors and types are the best around. The prices are affordable. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Whether walk in or drive- thru, either way is shirt wait on the busiest of days. Plenty of parking .
