Edit 9/21/24 there's now two drive thru lines. The second drive thru is a joke. Few times I've watched multiple cars from the other line go before me. Cars that got there after I did. Secondly, 15 dollars for a small whopper meal is ridiculous. The quality and some of the attitude from the workers certainly don't match the prices for mediocre food. I really don't know how this place and BK in general stays in business! Paying sit down restaurant prices for what is supposed to be affordable fast food.
Update 10/6/23. Make sure you get your receipt in drive thru. That way when they screw up by not giving you your complete order (that was read back to you to confirm before pulling up) you can go in with proof. This time i didn't get a receipt, and of course they left out my kids onion rings that i paid for. And of course instead of doing the right thing and giving him what we ordered when i sent him in, they told him "no, you didn't order them". This place just keeps getting worse. If the next closest bk wasn't 5 miles away on the busiest road around here, i wouldn't come back here!
Update 8/25/23 Waited 16 minutes in line for 2 bacon cheeseburgers. There's literally a small piece of bacon on them. I had to post a picture.
Update 3/28/22. Adding to my previous review almost 1 year ago. OMG! Only reason I go back is because my kid likes their chicken nuggets! I'm not a fussy person, honestly. But I swear this place gets worse and worse with quality control! Burgers are seriously half ass thrown together, cheese is NEVER cooked and any of the "top dollar burgers" are seriously covered in the sauce they put on them. Half stack of napkins isn't enough while eating one burger! And let's say you don't want to over pay on a combo so you order from the "value menu". The picture I uploaded is supposed to be a RODEO BURGER! Seriously! This isn't the first time and honestly I'm getting a little ticked!
First off, for the last few WEEKS I've gone there, I've gotten the same thing after ordering all our food which is "OH BY THE WAY WE HAVE NO ICE" ! SERIOUSLY, NO ICE! So we get to pay full price for our meals and get a piss warm soda to gulp down. Yay!
Secondly, I didn't have to be told that the company was bought over and BK is now owned by someone else. Because right around the time it was sold, i along with friends noticed the food quality took a dump and prices went up. Read moreI just went in to 2616 west shore road location to order food for my kids and I. 2 weeks ago I never received my 3 orders of chicken nuggets for my kids in my order so called up and they said they were going to put a credit in there book. So I went in to get those for my kids, then I asked if I can get a order of pancakes the cashier went to go ask the manager then the manager turns to me and in a very snooty voice says we end all breakfast at 11. I said you microwave them she then repeated herself in that Same voice and tone. I refused to finish placing my order and took my kids to leave. I refuse to be spoken to like I did! My youngest son is a very picky eater and doesn't eat much. Other locations accommodate me when I order pancakes for him. But for a company that says they cater to customer service and keeps customer satisfaction high this location doesn't. I am losing faith with this company! I have had another problem with another location recently and no one from your company has replied to my complaint. I think I might have to give my money to another company (competitor) of yours. Read moreDownright pleasant with these people at the drive thru today. I know what it's like, I've worked fast food...and they were busy. Gotta park for the food to be ready? No problem whatsoever. It happens. The problem is how incredibly obvious the people working there make it, that they are utterly annoyed by your presence. Their voices and mannerisms reek of apathy and contempt for the customers. After finally getting my food they forgot my drinks....again, it happens. I very politely asked "...and two drinks right?... with the combos?" What did I get in response? Silence..an about face, and when the drinks came out I again gave an appreciative "thank you". What I got was the silent, no eye contact, storm off of an annoyed teenager. From start to finish, from microphone to food in hand, the people working at this restaurant this weekend are the absolute worst in the business and shouldn't be in customer service at all, anywhere. I will never spend another red cent here again and I encourage people reading this to do the same. 25 bucks for two combo meals and this is the treatment that I get in return!?
