Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Warwick

The staff here forget my chips very often. Today around 12 they ignored all my substitutions in my smoothie. I get sub splenda but I don't have confidence they are subbing it each time due to the percentage of orders they miss something in. This is place is good when the order is correct but it feels like it is rare that they are able execute an order 100%. I notice a difference in the taste sometimes and cannot drink the smoothie because I have dietary restrictions. I don't normally leave reviews but I still like this place and would like to see it improve. My visit at Tropical cafe right in the heart of Warwick was phenomenal. The experience was humble and the ownership showed so much care for their guests and workers.
