The Crab Rangoon were underfilled, so they had airy pockets. They do obviously properly change their fryer oil, so that's a plus.The lo mein was good, but they used flat noodles, which was weird. It wasn't the Chinese egg noodles I was expecting. The wings in oyster sauce was pretty good. The egg rolls didn't have much meat in them, so they were more like a spring roll. The fried dumplings were obviously way past overdone. They even smelled burnt. We still tried them. Taste wise they were somewhat bland and too greasy. The only sauce I saw for the dumplings tasted pretty much like plain soy sauce. The miso soup tastes like straight up seaweed. We ordered delivery. DELIVERY TOOK MORE THAN TWO HOURS! Just ok food can be acceptable, but when you say 30 minutes to an hour for delivery, two hours is way too long. Not worth it. I won't be ordering from them again.

This place is under new management. I have been a customer of this place for over 9 years. I have come and ordered under the new management for about 4 times now. Sometimes I pick up the order, sometimes my husband does.

Pluses: The owner is sociable and is eager to please--he makes suggestions based on what you like, and it may even be a dish not on the menu but something they can make with existing ingredients.

The dishes have been upgraded. There are new items on the menu that were not there before. For instance, they now have Spicy Jumbo Shrimp with Chili Pepper, Spicy Scallop with Chili Pepper, Fried Squid with Chili Pepper Sauce, Mango Shrimp, and Shrimp with Asparagus

Minuses: The worst steamed rice I've ever had. It was dry. The worst chicken wings (plain, no sauce) I've ever had. Dry. I had only two pieces and I can hardly chew the meat on those.

I hope the owner gets to read this so they can improve the way they cook the steamed rice and...

The establishment has undergone a concerning decline in its service quality, resulting in a disheartening experience. Despite efforts to communicate and rectify erroneous orders, the response received lacked the necessary attention and care. Consequently, the likelihood of revisiting this establishment is non-existent, and I am compelled to dissuade my acquaintances from patronizing it. This disappointing shift is particularly disheartening, given my prior affinity for the establishment. As a business owner, I empathize with the challenges inherent to this industry; however, the refusal to address and resolve issues, whether pertaining to service or product, is detrimental to maintaining a favorable business reputation, particularly in terms of customer relations.
