Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Warwick

I would rate zero if possible. Have been ordering from this location for years, only once or twice an occasional burnt pizza.

Well tonight, I placed an order for 24.83. Driver arrives and tells me 25. Okay, heres 28, one 20 and eight 1's. sorry it's short for a tip, I'll hook you up next time. He says no worries and thank you, have a good night, counting the money as he walks away. Going great.

10 minutes later, im getting a call from the store saying I only gave the driver 5 dollars and that he was coming back with the police. Two other witnesses watched me answer the door with 28 and come back with nothing. On top of which, there is a security camera in the staircase at the main door that records video 24/7. After informing them of this, suddenly they aren't coming back, but they are unjustly banning me from ordering in the future, not that I would after this.

I get a driver being unhappy for a $3 tip 20 minutes after closing, but don't try to rob someone who is very tedious with their money. Get the police involved by all means, that security camera will surely catch John taking all $28 and looking down counting it as he walks back to his vehicle. Would be quite happy to see...

My family has placed an order at 5:30pm and apparently they had no delivery drivers so they used DoorDash which is understandable, however the door dasher never delivered the order so brought it back even though We were home and no knock on the door, not mad about that but we reordered it again and same thing happpened no one knocked and just left it outside. And it had pineapple on it and 2 people are deathly allergic so I had called and said my situation and he said we ordered Hawaiian pizza when on our receipt on our phone said cheese and the receipt on the pizza box said pepperoni even though again we only said cheese. My husband went to pick another one up and the guy was the only one there and I get it that it gets stressful but very unprofessional to try to say we are wrong when we have the receipt in hand saying only cheese as well as very unprofessional to swear...

I have been doing business with this location for awhile and never had a problem. We didn't mind driving far for good pizza. We got multiple pizzas from them today and there was alot of pizza sauce to the point we bite into it and the pizza sauce ozzed out. I called to speak to the manager and he was rude. I was trying to explain what happened and what my concerns were and he was talking over me. I explained the situation and he told me what do you want me to do because everything is measured. I told him I don't know you tell me your the manager. I've never had a manager ever ask me what do i want them to do. We never had any issues before and now all of a sudden we did. I have no reason to make this up when we're driving out of our way. I've worked with customers and this is the worst customer service especially coming from the manager. They lost...
