Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Warwick

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life getting a pizza I ordered my pizza at 5:45 p.m. My pizza did not arrive until 7:10 p.m. The driver that they sent to deliver my pizza barely spoke English he got lost he was going by his GPS when I tried to explain to him that you have to go around to the back of the building and ring the doorbell I could not understand what the driver was saying nor could he understand what I was saying I called the call center three times and they hung up on me twice the third time they transferred me to the store to talk to the manager which the phone rang 10 times and hung up on me so I called again which they transferred me to the store the phone hung up on me after 10 rings finally on the fifth time I finally got a hold of somebody in the store who said it's on its way with sending a new driver that took 20 minutes I will never ever ever order from Pizza Hut again from now on all my pizza business goes to Domino's sorry Pizza Hut but you dropped the ball big time this time now I have to try to get a hold of the manager to see if I can get a refund oh by the way my pizza showed up cold stone not even worth eating thanks Pizza...

I went in to pick up my order around 11:10 pm on 7/19/25 that I placed and while waiting the employee took a picture of me and then went to the back to show another employee and they were laughing. The other employee also started looking right at me after she was shown the phone. And when she turned around her camera was on. When asked she claimed she was the manager and she was just texting another manager but had her phone directed up at me. I don’t know the employees names because they lied and I didn’t want to argue with liars. One was a bit on the bigger side with brown hair and the other was skinny with black hair. I don’t know what’s funny with waiting for the order. She said they have cameras that can see so I hope the owner or the actual manager could check them because I don’t think a “manager” would...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They didn't disclose the delivery was being completed by Doordash although I went directly through pizzahut. The delivery time was extended by 20 extra mins because they suddenly outsourced to Doordash. The food was cold when it arrived. The driver asked for a cash payment that I didnt agree to and I had given my card info already at time of ordering. Had to scramble to call the store and no one answered for over 5 mins and when they did they couldn't help me. Said they had no idea and had to call a manager. Why have people work if they can't even handle a problem. From start to finish it was a disaster and I will never be ordering here again. Better to get demos down the road which doesn't charge $6 delivery fee to mess everything up. Demos always...
