Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Warwick

Asked for a cup of water, yes water, and was told they don’t give out water anymore. If I wanted a cup of water I had to purchase something. I then asked if I could bring my own cup in and they fill it with ice and was again told no. I get that Starbucks has policies but as it relates to their BS reasoning as “it’s a burden on operations” there was not a single person inside and 1 car at the drive thru. The girl at the counter was more than happy to give me a basic need that humans require to stay alive but the drive thru girl gave her a look like if I was given water the world would end and made a point to come tell me my request was denied. Simply put, one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard of but I can sit in the dining room, charge my laptop and phone and use the WiFi for hours on end and that’s ok? Makes zero sense...

Went in and ordered 2 drinks - 1st drink was made wrong -/ then corrected OK …..but the 2nd (my coffee ) I had to ask for 2 x - the kid flat out said he forgot to make it because he took other orders - when I asked for a manager after still not getting it - they said it was being made - I said to them I have watched others come in order and leave- they were all looking at me like it was my fault and yelled have a nice day as I was walking out - R U D E - this was a Tuesday early morning shift and I will not be using this...

I went to Starbucks at 7:20 PM to get a cup for my teen daughter, not even to order a drink or food, only to be told that they were closed. This was surprising because the website clearly states the store hours are until 8 PM. It’s frustrating to plan a visit based on posted hours only to find out they aren’t accurate. Based on all these other reviews, it’s clear this location has the worst customer service. I expect better consistency and professionalism from a brand...
