Subway — Restaurant in Warwick

Extremely dissatisfied i went there 20 minutes before closing . As my self and an other customer reached the door the employee ran and locked it right in front of our face. With no explanation why they were locking up 20 mins early. Not a word, as both girls where laughing and giggling as they continued to make more sandwiches for either them self or a carry-out order. To top it off the open light was still on. So i called to see what the deal was and then one of the employees ran over and shut off the open sign. but never answered the phone. Knowing that I was calling from the eye contact she made with me. I will never go to this store again and we always spend good $$$ on 4-7 subs each time. Not to mention a good tip . (Since I have aslo worked in the food industry and understand tips are important. ) these employees ruined my experience to the point where I will definitely spend my money at an other subway from now on. And I will definitely contact management...

Every time I go there and get the guy waiting on me it’s a disaster…. One time I ordered a salad with chicken he changed me for a protein bowl….today I went in for a salad, asked for lettuce, he hardly put any lettuce, I had to ask for more… then I asked for rotisserie chicken, he used the scoop to put 4 pcs of chicken on it, I said that’s it, he said if he puts more he will have to charge me more??!!! I go here all the time and when ever he waits on me it’s a joke!!I have no problem with any other subway but here…I had to ask for manager…. Seems like the training here must be terrible! I told the manager if I come in here again I do not want him waiting on me!! Maybe best i just don’t go back there!!...

i didnot have a good experience I was there arobd 245pm today. It wasp pouring rain. I am handicapped tried to call to order a sandwich never answered the phone. Call the pick up at curbside did not answer the phone. FINALY iwent in the store . There was one person that aready been waited on and those were s two behind the counter. When i addressed the situation they said they do not answer the phone when it is busy. They weren't busy. They were not ice after that.
