Asked for a cup of water, yes water, and was told they donāt give out water anymore. If I wanted a cup of water I had to purchase something. I then asked if I could bring my own cup in and they fill it with ice and was again told no. I get that Starbucks has policies but as it relates to their BS reasoning as āitās a burden on operationsā there was not a single person inside and 1 car at the drive thru. The girl at the counter was more than happy to give me a basic need that humans require to stay alive but the drive thru girl gave her a look like if I was given water the world would end and made a point to come tell me my request was denied. Simply put, one of the dumbest things Iāve ever heard of but I can sit in the dining room, charge my laptop and phone and use the WiFi for hours on end and thatās ok? Makes zero sense...

This was surprising because the website clearly states the store hours are until 8 PM. Itās frustrating to plan a visit based on posted hours only to find out they arenāt accurate. Based on all these other reviews, itās clear this location has the worst customer service. I expect better consistency and professionalism from a brand...
