Pulled to the window… sat there for 5 minutes before I said “hello”. The person came on the mic and said “I’ll be right with you”. My daughter went around to the front as I sat there, and found no one in the lobby and no one waiting at the window. Finally they came back on and asked to take our order.
Drove right up to the window, they quickly took our money, and offered no receipt. Promptly afterwards, all employees disappeared into the back for approx 8 minutes. I watched one worker put sandwiches into a bag and fries on top. After 5 more minutes, this same employee came to the window and said they just put the curly fries into the frier and it would be a few more minutes. Keep in mind, they already filled our bag with all the food.
He then came back from the back, along with all the other workers at the same time and handed us the bag of food which was luke warm. Fries were even semi cold.
Our entire time in the drive thru was 23 minutes. After we rolled out, I pulled directly around to make sure we got everything. Guess what?
They forgot a huge part of our order and we had to wait even longer for them to help.
I went in to get the remaining items, and the girl behind the counter was obviously blazed and high as heck. After looking at everyone else, and watching them, everyone was high.
Furthermore no one wore gloves, or even washed their hands after handling money and food and back and forth.
This place needs the health department called and shut down until they can get a capable crew in there to do their jobs and do it sober and clean. And no one even wore hairnets or anything to keep their dirty body parts out of food.

Read moreRetrain, retrain, retrain. Retrain your employees to check the bag before the food gets sent with the customer! I was waiting in the drive threw for my food. The drive threw worker vocalized to me everything is made and they were waiting for the chicken cordon blue. My food was handed to me and so I assume its all there (I shouldent have) guess what im missing? the chicken cordon blue…so I called and asked if there was anything they could do because by the time i go there and back my food would be cold be cause i like to eat with my family. I go to get my missing food and they maliciously took 10 minutes to pump out my sandwich. Im tired of losing nightly time with my family because of their Arbys screw ups. This is now the 7th time in a row ive had something missing from my ticket. This is a definite management/ownership issue because every time it happens theres no accountability taken. The best they can do is give me card that pays for a future sandwich that im missing and already payed for…what kind of resolve is this? The person i talked to suggested to putmy food in the microwave to keep it warm for THEIR screw up! The place feels like no management exists. I got told last week they didnt have mayo packets and the employee said “we have horsey sauce its kind of like mayo” i said i get mayo packets all of the time and he just said oh well we dont have them instead of asking someone…Im just disappointed because it feels like simple stuff that needs to be fixed. Its not hard to have pride in what you do and the majority of these employees lack that. Food star rating would have been 5 stars. It would nice to eat a warm meal at...
Read moreWent in and ordered our food. Then went to the lobby to find a table. Every single table was dirty. So I asked if they could get someone out to clean them. One young man told another even younger looking man to go out and clean the tables. He did so, but not without throwing a fit, and cussing loud enough that customers could hear him. Then we received our food and my wifes French Dip looked like it had been cut in half with a chainsaw, with part of the bun missing! She asked if she could substitute her frys for Jalapeno Poppers. He said "Sure no problem", then Charged us $5.89 for them. I told her to go say something, but she said that she didn't want to be difficult. I said ok! Then I bite into my Rueben and opened it and found very little meat and no sauerkraut. By this time I was fed up with the whole experience. I went up to the young man that took our order and slap the sandwich on the counter, open it and said "Where's the beef" "and the sauerkraut? He kinda got snotty and said "Well it's not my fault"! I ask him for another properly made sandwich. By this time even another customer was asking why the drive-thru was getting faster service than the people in the lobby! Then my new sandwich was ready, and the young man just called out "Reuben". I then took the sandwich back to our table and opened it up to see a little more meat on it, BUT STILL NO FREAKIN' SAUERKRAUT ON IT!!!!!!! I was so upset that I could only finish half of it, because I felt like I was going to be sick to my stomach. Very poor service and food quality/presentation. Will not go back to that...
