This was last season so hopefully it's better this year. The service and food here is pretty bad. Whenever I sit at the bar I have to get the bartenders attention to take my order or get me a drink even though there's 3 of them. I'm not sure how they manage to be so bad, but one of them was drinking so I guess that explains it. He seemed out of it, drunk, and slow. Another bartender recommended the hot honey chicken and it was actually terrible. The chicken piece was small and dried out. The hot honey sauce was runny, tasted weird, and I didn't taste any honey at all. I was confused how someone could enjoy this let alone it be their favorite, because I love sweet and spicy stuff but this was not good at all. That bartender ended up sitting next to me to have his meal which was kinda weird. His sandwich had a way bigger piece of chicken and had twice the amount of fries. I was disappointed in how little fries they gave me, so to have your employee come sit next to me with a heaping pile he couldn't even finish, was pretty upsetting. The bartenders and staff clearly are more interested in having a good time than doing a good job. Hopefully that will change...
   Read moreThe service at the pub was completely unacceptable. The server was incredibly rude multiple times to our faces, rolling her eyes and ignoring us when we asked for checks. She at one point asked us if we âalways act like thisâ. Unbelievable to be treated so poorly. Our food took over an hour to come out while everyone around us had already eaten/paid their check. On top of that part of our group Who had came later and ordered 35 minutes after us and received their food first. The server does not belong in the service industry with her horrible attitude and how she treats guests. It was in the bar portion of the restaurant and she had strawberry blonde ish hair.
We in total staying almost two and a half hours wasting a lot of time that was meant to be on the slopes.
The only silver lining is that the manager was understanding an accommodating. But I highly suggest retraining or letting go or that server. Itâs unbelievable someone would think itâs okay to be so blatantly rude to paying customers who didnât...
   Read moreThe place is great, they just have a habit of losing my food order and today the server lost my credit card. My friend and I had separate checks so I put my card in the second check holder with it barely out of the end so the server knew it was ready to be paid. When he returned he only had the check holder with my friends credit card and put the full bill amount on it. When we told him I never received my card back he said that when he opened the other check holder there wasnât a credit card in it, so he put it all on the one card. After kind of looking for it for a couple of seconds in the 25 feet between our table and the register he said to check back at the end of the day and went back to his other tables. Called the bank, locked the card, ordered a replacement, and went back on the hill. Will I be back? Yes. Service is usually good, they have nice views of the mountain, and they make a great burger. Am I interested to see what happens next time? Absolutely. Itâs like mild...
