Update: Never got food even after an hour of waiting. Had to walk up to the reigsters and ask for my money back, and had to call out for someone to help me because even though once again the person expediting food would not come to register after acknowledging my presence, turned around and disregard I was there. They all should absolutely be fired.
The most awful, ran down, unprofessional fast food restraunt as far as Burger King goes.
The employee who is expediting the food has absolutely no clue what is going on around them. Also just stands there waiting for food to be made while there is customers lining up, each taking around 25 minutes to get to them and take the order.
I however was waiting at the register for a while, and the person who was to be running registers never acknowledged people were there. Also had the cook yelling out through kitchen to lobby to tell a customer to quit staring at them.
The shift lead or whomever, had to come out and take peoples ordering, thus slowing down the processes even more, taking away from someone making sandwiches or what have you.
They are all frustrated with each other and tensions are high as you can tell.
Not a good atmosphere to walk into.
I get that people are short staffed now a days, but if you are going to show up to work, atleast team work together and not be hateful towards one another, or the customers just wanting service.
I would give no stars but that's not an option.

I checked my bag at the window and They made my sandwich (a $7 dollar whopper made like a rodeo burger with bacon and cheese) wrong. I didn't have the onion rings on it and it was literally cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. So we asked for the sandwich to be made correctly and hot. The manager replied with well it's not going to be hot. Then the lady handing out the order asked us to go to the other side of the Building to wait for the replacement. A few minutes later the lady that was at the window (not the manager) handed us the sandwich it was literally so hot that it burnt my hand when I went to open it. It had so much bbq on the that the bun was soggy it was literally worse then the first sandwich. But we couldn't get it remade because we had other things to do. My girlfriend called the store to ask the manager for a refund or something and what she was going to do about it and the manager replied with what do you want me to do about it then she was so rude when she asked for a refund and was like why do you guys come here then just going off being completely belligerent until she just decides to hang up on us. So unprofessional and uncalled for especially to paying customers! In case you read this... We the customers make your job possible! Probably won't come back again and we were frequent...
