Great Wall II — Restaurant in Washington

The food is always great, i know that the owners work hard everyday and are awesome at what they do. However, I called and a young man put me on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up after listening to them take care of all the other guests, which i understand I was getting take out.. the instore customers are priority. There were times where it got quiet and I heard the workers talking amongst each other and I would say "hello?" In the hopes someone may hear. He forgot I was on the phone. I understand all of these situations, I have been in management for years.. however, when I called back seconds after hanging up the guy didn't acknowledge the wait I had, was somewhat annoyed that I was placing an order and then made my husband stand there and wait to be rang up for the food sitting right there while they were bussing tables and seating other guests. Finally a young lady came and took care of my order for my husband. I've never had this kind of trouble before. From experience, it seems as though they haven't been taught restaurant courtesy. The owners are busy cooking and probably don't have the time to be teaching them the ways they used to take care of their guests. I almost hung up and called to get Tokyo instead, however, I also know how frustrating and tiring it can be running a business with a skeleton crew of high schoolers. Do not go there after 6:30 PM. They don’t really put much food on the buffet. We waited 30 minutes other items to be restocked on the buffet. There was hardly any food left.
