Dropped due to constant refusal to deliver. I worked for this establishment and have many family members who still work for a store. I can understand refusal due to weather during a storm however I've now been refused three times in the last month. I waited to order after the storm passed and was refused twice even though there was no storm after 930 pm this evening. I continue to have issue after issue with this store and it seems they do whatever they feel like doing. I've delivered through storms, tornadoes, power outage, blizzards, etc and never did deliveries stop. Sorry for not understanding but if you don't feel like working then go home? Was told to call back at 1130 so I waited. Called back at 11 after no storm came and was told carry out only for the rest of the evening. I deliberately asked these people if they were done for the night and they said no. I called after literally every single place in town closed expecting delivery and was told no again. Even gas stations are closed. Poor poor execution. Third time's the charm. If it were me back five years ago I'd be fired the first time let alone refusal of service...
Read moreI ordered pizza last Saturday on the website and chose delivery. I got the email verification and cell phone notification that it went through. I called back an hour later to check on the status of the pizza. I had a little one falling asleep and didn't want to wake her by a loud delivery driver. They said they didn't have a delivery driver and was voided out, except I was charged for this alleged pizza on my online banking account. They also told me my phone number and email wasn't real basically (dumb *). They said wait for it to reappear in my bank account and call back if it doesn't. I call back 2 other times in my free time to no success. I'm told to go to my bank and there's nothing they can do on their end. So now I have to take more time out of my schedule to go to my bank for a pizza I never received while out of town. I think this is the absolute worst service I have ever got. Read moreEverytime i order from here something is incorrect with my order. When i called about my order the phone girl was passive aggressive towards me. I was not loud or rude to her in any way. Apparently she thought she should be loud,condescending and passive aggressive towards me.They are super fast But quality and order accuracy and manners are lacking at this location. I won't be ordering again. Im tired of being disappointed after spending quite a bit and tipping well. I'll order somewhere else. Hopefully the franchise cares , the staff certainly does not.
