Burger King — Restaurant in Washington

Normally I don't have a problem with this place. I went through the drive-thru on my lunch and on this particular trip I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. Got back to the office and opened my sandwich wrapper and this is what I got! What is this?! The chicken was soggy, it was on the wrong bun, minimal mayo, and soggy/little bit of lettuce as well. This is not the chicken sandwich that is advertised nor did anybody say they were out of anything. Unacceptable and disgusting! If I had more time left for lunch I would have taken it back. This Burger King had less than 2 stars not to long ago . The establishment probably deleted their reviews some how. First of all, they are always packed for lunch time , go figure. The way they handle the rush is horrible, so bad that the food you purchase suffers enormously. If you try to use a coupon, it seems that you receive less food. I ordered from a Burger King down in Olympia and when I get home I found out that all 3 whoppers I ordered were just regular ones(I got 2 impossible and one regular) I called up this store and asked what they can do about it.
