McChord Food Court — Restaurant in Washington

FRESHENS EMPLOYEES ARE. SO. RUDE. Rudest ladies I’ve ever met !! My husband & I go to freshens on base because it’s one of the only healthier options in the food court, but the ladies r literally the rudest, nastiest people, I have EVER met. Today two of the employees were arguing with me about MY ORDER telling me I WAS WRONG about what I ordered when they made me the completely wrong order. They have never been kind & I see how rude they are to their costumers every time we’ve gone & it’s terrible! The food itself is good, but geez, pls get some new people working there because every lady working there is extremely rude...

I have been working long days at the McChord Exchange Mall and so I have been using the food court quite a bit. I love the variety of restaurants but I am most grateful that there is health fast food options. Also the House of Noodles is very good as well. There is plenty of seating and natural light. It's an older food court but everything seems well cared for. The bathroom is supposed to be cleaned hourly. It not terrible but it definitely not cleaned once...

We like going to this location bc it’s so convenient but usually don’t make it until after 3. One employee with glasses and long red hair (didn’t catch her name) loves to close at 3:30 or even earlier instead of there normal time of 4:00. We’ve asked her why and there’s always a different excuses. This is at least the 4th time where we’ve had issues with her turning us away because “they close soon”.
