Cherry Ghost Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Washington

We drove 25 minutes out of our way to come here on a roadtrip. The atmosphere is eclectic and cute. But we asked the girl for her recommendation and she said she didn’t know she didn’t drink coffee. Uh oh. So we picked a latte flavor. Also got a muffin that was amazing. When she rang us up it was almost $10. For a small latte and a muffin. She gave us the iced latte and it tasted so weak. So we kindly asked her if we could get another shot. She said yes and did not tell us she was going to charge. She takes the shot to the checkout and said it would be almost $3. That would make our drink close to $8. For a small, that had no flavor. The coffee does not taste locally roasted, if so, it was pulled incorrectly. But how can you blame someone if they don’t even like coffee. We told her we paid almost $10 and couldn’t pay more just to make the drink tolerable. We left kindly. But she didn’t seem to want to make our visit pleasant. She probably just threw the shot away because what else would she do with it. We just were disappointed and want to warn others of spending a lot of money on something they won’t enjoy if they are avid...

Perfectly curated coffeehouse experience. I ordered the London Fog tea with Oat Milk and a Lavender substitution. Wasn't too hot & ready to sip. Cherry Ghost also had some pre-prepared morning snacks available like scones and wraps. I had the Veggie Wrap. (Found pre-wrapped in the fridge by the checkout.) It had spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers and a cream cheese spread. I sat down to enjoy my meal, but this easily could have been To-Go as well. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere with classics played at a low volume & friendly employees. The barista today was good at matching customers. If they were social with her, she engaged with them. If we kept to ourselves, she didn't try to start a conversation. 👍 This is not fast food or built for high foot traffic. A great place to stop for a quick drink to-go or to sit down & relax on a date, with friends or family. Hidden...

Best experience ever! I was traveling in southern Indiana and had a blast minute zoom call scheduled. With less than an hour notice, I needed reliable wifi. I called ahead to ask if it would be ok to spend about an hour working at their location. The barista was amazingly accommodating - even asked me if I wanted her to save me a sandwich as lunch was nearly ending.

When I arrived I was greeted so warmly I felt like I was in my hometown. I overheard her greet several patrons by first name. My coffee and sandwich were delicious - I highly recommend the turkey wrap. The Wifi was very fast, I was able to stream and present with no trouble.
