Most of the time they have great pizza and pretty good customer service. I also order online almost.... 99 percent of the time so customer service is almost non existent which works for me. Sometimes they mess up an order, even when ordered online. You ask for one thing and get something completely different. It has a happened a few times in the the several years I've been ordering from this Dominos, but its usually edible, and I don't like saying anything because i know how it can be... these people who work there probably get a lotta crap, and get paid very little. I'd usually give four or five stars, because the food is generally good, cupons make it pretty affordable, and if I HAVE to talk to an actual person they are pretty nice.... but I'm giving two stars tho because tonight they got my order completely right, except my twelve inch pizza was more like a three inch pizza. Itd be almost funny and i wish i could post the picture, but i have about a softballs worth of cheese and toppings/ingredients on my twelve inch pizza, surounded by acres of dough!! I thought i was paying for a twelve inch pizza, but i mostly got only the dough. There is literally nothing starting at the crust from the outside six to seven inches in, THEN its everything i asked for. AND its salty as all get go. It actually.... makes me wanna laugh. And if i wasn't so hungry I probably would be laughing and not pissed off. I have to put my own cheese and ingredients on the pizza to make it okay to eat, other then it being so freaking salty smack dab in the middle!! Just.... WOW. how could they have looked at this and thought! no problem, we are def. taking this to the customer!...
Read moreVery disappointed with our order today. We ordered 2 pizzas, 1 LG hand tossed pepperoni and bacon well done, and 1 hand tossed extravaganza well done. It was ordered over the phone with a computer generated system (have not used before but it repeated everything correctly). No human. I asked it to apply any coupons and it gave me $3 off. $41+ if it was delivered so we said carry out and that took it down to $35+. It said 17 to 27 minutes and it would be ready. My husband arrived there 20 minutes after we received the confirmation text. He was told it was not ready and to wait. After 20 minutes they finally figured out it had been sitting on the shelf all that time. It had put my name incorrect on the tag. We live less than 2 minutes from the store and when my husband got home with the pizzas the extravaganza was not well done and they were both very cold. We could pick them up and easily hold the pieces in our hands because they were barely warm. This is by far the worst experience we have gotten from this location, which we have shopped at for many years. Really wanted to help out local business but won't be doing this again. Read moreI ordered via the mobile app for a specific time, then the app pushed it by 30 minutes. I called to fix it, and the gal told me to ignore the app, and that they would have it done at the scheduled time. Then the app said it would be ready 45 minutes early. I called to ask about it and they told me it would finish right at my scheduled time, and not earlier. Then I saw the app say my food was ready and boxed. I didn’t trust them so I drove in, and sure enough it had been done a while and was getting cold. I called to complain and a man said he would refund my order, and just needed a manager to approve it. He put me on hold for 5 minutes, then a gal picked up and asked how she could help but had not been told anything by the previous person. He never did anything but put me on hold. I told her to talk to the previous person and get the refund issued. They never did. I also asked to have the tip removed since the service was so horrible. They would not. As soon as they got their tip on the initial order, all they did was lie to me. Horrible customer experience. The manager either needs to clean house or the owner needs to find a new manager who can fix the problems this particular...
