Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington

Worst Dunkin’ I have EVER been too. Service is awful and they have ZERO idea what customer service is. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for our coffee (two simple iced coffees) and an order of munchkins, but when I finally got my coffee it was wrong. I went to the counter and the girl said “what’s wrong now?!” With a disgusting attitude and tone, when I said “my order is wrong, this is supposed to have cream” she snapped back. I then said “this store is completely disorganized” she said “well we’re busy” I said “five people have ordered and left and I don’t even have my coffee yet” she then rudely told me that if I wanted to have an attitude I was going to get one back, I said ok. She then said if you’re going to have an attitude you can go sit down. She then proceeded to sarcastically tell me to “have a great day” I responded back across the restaurant “yea you too”. Teach these employees what customer service is! Jesus Christ. A customer is upset because they’ve watched people walk in and out and don’t have their coffee yet, and instead of simply apologizing, they attempt to start a fight! I then called and asked for the district managers contact information and was told no. They wouldn’t give the franchise owners contact information either.

This location is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I actually live in Washington and drive to Morton every single day. I wish I could give zero stars This location NEVER gets my order correct. It’s either wrong, poorly slapped together, the staff is so rude or the wait time is long even with no one in line. I have wasted sooo much money time and time again giving them a chance in hopes it would get better. Today was my final straw. I obviously knew it would probably be wrong but I had high hopes. I CLEARLY & SLOWLY ordered no whip cream no drizzle on my drink (it’s wrong EVERY TIME here) they handed it to me & of course the drink was wrong. i hand it back to the young girl working who then hands it to the girl who made it. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND DUMPED MY WRONG DRINK IN ANOTHER CUP and handed it back to me. I also ordered Apple fritters, chocolate donuts and vanilla with sprinkles. I get them all in one bag. The chocolate and apple were stuck together and my sprinkle donut upside down smushed into the bottom of the bag. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. When will they get management. This...

We spent 25 minutes in the drive through. It wasnt that busy, it was just the workers taking FOREVER. They sounded annoyed when they asked why we were still in the drive through and we told them we still needed a drink. And they didn't even apologize for the wait 😐. I could tell that drink was made in an absolute rush, with no measuring or "thought". It lowkey tasted bad, too. Ive had that drink before, and it doesn't usually taste like actual poop... AND it wasnt even full... mind you, I got regular ice, and regular everything. The one making it also almost spilled it, and used the wrong lid. Also there was like no frosting on my donut, cause they grabbed it weirdly, thats not that big a deal tho. Also the prices are actually crazy. That experience was not worth 30 dollars, neither was the amount of food we got😭. All these problems are probably just cause of the specific dunkin location, and not the whole company. But still, I'm not very pleased with...
