Figaro's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

First off, I hate to write bad reviews.... but: there was a massive screw up with the people in front of me. The clerk behind the counter mixed up orders, and almost gave the wrong order to the person in front of me. That took about ten minutes to straighten out.... and in the meantime I am standing there waiting to pick up my order! They should have excused themselves for a moment to see if I was picking up... and someone behind ME was also waiting! So, our pizza's were getting cold. And mine was ready and cold when I got it. Then, when I got home, I was very disappointed with the quality and flavor of the pizza. The toppings clearly were of a cheaper variety, and not a lot of them. The over-all flavor of the pizza was above a Little Caesar's pizza, but not buy much. Over-all, we were very disappointed. I may give them a try again down the road, as I think they deserve a second chance. But if they don't rate at least 3 stars by my standards, I will...

Nate! You’re the Man! You have just made me and my tummy very happy for taking my order this evening! I called several Pizza places locally and inquired about Delivery Services. Pizza Hut, Dominos and Papa John can only deliver to a location where they meet their customers, a meeting place, “by the flag at Purdy.” Sadly enough, these are major franchises and was told to the Delivery Person (s) they cannot cross the Purdy Bridge. I did not ask why. It’s so unfortunate though, there are so opportunities for these Pizza places to realize, “lips service” is one of the best marketing tool. Yes, I agree, and they are well known Pizza Franchises and may have better marketing ideas. However, if only they can be like Nick, he did not say “No,” but he made sure my Pizza is delivered hot and fresh to my door! Thank You, Nate! I'm not sure why this place gets good reviews I honestly don't. I want to first off say I don't write reviews all the time especially unfavorable ones. But I believe the truth should be put out there about this place. First off I have ordered from figaros atleast 10 times. And there has not been one time that the order has not taken two hours to get to me even when I've been their first order of the day. Im not sure i understand why they cant get even one more delivery driver. I don't care for their customer service. Most of the time they're very rude and straight to the point. We've gotten a lot of our orders messed up and spent good money there. This is my last time ordering pizza through them. It was $77 for two medium pizzas and 2lbs of wings. I'm shocked at that pricing. And it was my last straw. No more figaros for us. I'll spend my money elsewhere. The negative reviews are right...
