This place is awful. My husband stopped to get late night milkshakes. When he got home one fell as he was getting out of his truck and he brought the other one in to share. I took a sip and it tasted like spoiled milk. I had him try and he said the same. We called and got ahold of the āmanagerā Zakel. I told him what happened and he told me to replace the shakes we have to return the ones we purchased. He told me that since he couldnāt prove the shake actually dropped and spilled, we would have to wait till tomorrow and speak to his āboss bossā to get a replacement or a refund. As well as hang on to the shake and cup to present to his boss. I asked for his bosses name and when sheād be in as well as the corporate number, which ended up not being a working number. I called back to confirm I didnāt write it down wrong and told him my husband was on his way with a picture of the spilled shake mess, the mostly empty cup, and the tainted shake and he told me he couldnāt take cups through the drive thru. He refused to talk to my husband and had another employee tell him he needed to come back tomorrow. So we have to give you back something to prove weāre telling the truth but you canāt actually take it to give us a refund? Youāll replace the shakes, that we canāt give back through the drive thru, with potentially tainted shakes again? And you get a call about a spoiled product and you still are serving it to other customers? You call your customers liars over a $4 shake? Cāmon! You work for a billion dollar company and you are that protective of a $4 shake like itās about to bankrupt you. If itās 2 am and you mess up and order you make all your customers wait till the next day because you canāt take food back through your drive thru? And you canāt have another store with clean machines replace the shakes? Cause we tried that too....

I clock off work and go here, the first thing that happens when I walk in is one customer complaining he never got his meal and has been waiting and another guy was missing the bacon on his bacon cheeseburger. Red flags.
I order a loaded breakfast jack and a hashbrown on my break, my hashbrown ended up being terribly undercooked to the point of being really floppy. I asked for another one and they say sure, I sit back down and realize my sandwich does not have bacon, I don't even bother, I just want to eat and go back to work. Five minutes later they let me know they are out of hashbrowns actually, and will drop me down some fries. At this point i'm pretty annoyed because most of my break is already over and I like to eat my side with my meal, which was now pretty much gone. I figure that's fine, i'll just eat the fries as a snack at work I guess.

When we pulled up they could not hear us what so ever and ended up just telling us to pull forward and we still had two people to order for. Their machines are down & could only serve shakes. No soda at all and we played the difference instead of getting them same price. We waited so long while we were parked in front of the building and we saw two of three cooks just standing there. My boyfriend walked back up to the window and watched one of them wrap a burger then just sit there and start joking around with the other cook. It's been 40 minutes and now our food is partially cold while some of it is fortunately hot.
