I ordered food via DoorDash and asked for no lettuce on my tacos (I have an allergy and my stomach cannot digest leafy greens or most dense vegetables) and low and behold for the THIRD time in a row I received an incorrect order. Called the store and spoke with a shift lead that stated they would provide a $35 gift card that I could come pick up, I currently have COVID which is why I used DoorDash in the first place. Shift manager offered no apology and was extremely condescending, like I had inconvenienced him by letting him know about the incorrect order for the third time in a row. Asked for the General Manager who was not available. The Shift Lead took down my information and guaranteed me a call from the GM when he was in the next day. What do you know, the alloted time comes and goes with no call so I call back and get the GM who tells me he is dealing with other things and some are more important than others. So customers don't matter??? Great. I asked for the owner or regional managers information and he laughs at me and says that's not going to happen. Absolutely ridiculous. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing. As someone that has been a GM of quick service restaurants for 10 years this was totally unacceptable and uncalled for. To make it seem like your customers don't matter and that them wasting their money is a joke is just beyond distasteful. Definitely put in a complaint with corporate and still have no refund or replacement. Seems as though there needs to be some serious retraining and customer service training for this staff. I understand it's fast food and not that serious, but had they approached it with an apology and not laughed in my face, the incident would have been totally different.

Every time I give them a chance, they let me down. Once I spent 7 minutes at the order speaker as they “caught up” on the two cars ahead of me. Today, I’m sick and asked someone to get me Taco Bell. Over $50 for our family and MY MEAL (the only meal) was missing. They made two bean burritos with green sauce, instead of one and it was half green half red sauce and hardly any other ingredients. Taco shells were all broken. Chips tasted like chemicals from sitting under the heat lamp WAY too long. I asked for Pepsi, got Dr Pepper (only one drink). I’m confused how you miss the most expensive item, mess up the only drink, make two weird burritos. This isn’t the first mess up, and doubt it’ll be the last. I’m not going back to fix the meal, I’m sick. I had to direct the girl on the phone what to do in the event you mess up, name # meal. I’ll be asking for a gift card. I won’t go back there again.

Very disappointed with my order. The photo shows a bowl of rice and beans which is a very inexpensive staple and the size of the bowl is so tiny...see sauce container on top so you can tell the size you actually get for $2.19 (about 4 bites). The order of fries is large too but the way, not very big for a large. Just want to make people aware before ordering.

This Taco Bell 20527 Mountain Hwy E, Spanaway, WA 98387 is absolutely trash they were very good when they first opened and now after 6 months or so they've noticeably declined in quailty of customer service and the food isn't nearly as good as the other Taco bells I would rather go farther from me to any other Taco bell than here ever again considering what happened to me last night on April 20th 2024 my buddy grabbed him and I some food there and it was a total of 30 dollars in food when he brought it to me which mind you is only 10 minutes from their location it was soggy and my nachos had like maybe a half of a scoop of meat and all the other items were frozen cold and nasty as well no where near fresh so I called them to let them know I wanted a replacement and the lady I was speaking with was very nice up until I got there and I wanted to order a drink and a pack of cinnabons which they should have comped me for being as I just had to come and get a replacement and i knew she wasn't going to because she was telling me it would be cheaper to just buy a 12 pack of cinabons over 2 3 pieces thru the speaker and so when I got to the window I asked for it to be compensated and she was very rude and said well I am already giving you the food and I also did compensate your 3 dollar drink over the 8 dollar cinnabons... and so I just said whatever than an so we get our food, everything's flesh and fine now but I eat a cinnabon and LITERALLY the center liquid is frozen cold as if they were pulled from the deep fryer to soon so I dread having to call and say something about it but I do anyway because I literally just paid 8 dollars for them an wouldn't of even been able to enjoy or eat them and when I call once again so rude even more so this time saying she knows for sure they just came out of the fryer that's what took a little bit longer at the window and I let her know I hate having to do this just as much as they do an she puts me on hold gets back on with a attitude saying I can get new fresh ones in the morning when the manager is there and I said well I am still in the parking lot like I'm not lying they're cold obviously they were pulled up to early and she again is stern of me getting them in the morning which mind you they were still to be open for another 2 hours so she shouldn't have any problems making me some new ones she puts me on hold AGAIN and finally after being on hold AGAIN for what felt like to long I ended up just going and seeing if lobby was open and it was so I walk in with the cinnabons and she's coming out of the back office after I stand at the counter for a good 3 mins so she had me on hold for literally ZERO reason because she was the shift lead for the night and she comes to the counter and I tell her again the situation and that the centers cold like someone pulled them early and she has them make me new ones and I let her know again that I hate being the complainer I know I've worked at taco bell too so I know how frustrating it can be when someone's just complaining complaining an her attitude immediately changed and she walked away came back w taco coupons saying she's so sorry that one of the new girls did pull them to early an she didn't know that so she gave me 4 free taco coupons which was very cool but I shouldn't of even had to fight for a replacement as if I'm a liar and everything... but yea I've had a similar experience with their food anyways but never complained until this time and so needless to say I will be going else where for my taco bell late night cravings! But overall TACO BELL IS AMAZING (depending on location...

Went there around 3:50pm just to get freeze drinks and chips and cheese. It was completely dead, no one in line. I pull up and get greeted. I say please give me a minute. I’m reading the flavors to my daughter so she can decide. I get interrupted about 30sec later by the employee asking if I’m ready to order. I reply, no I’m talking to my daughter and deciding please give us a minute. Again, less than 40sec later get asked if I’m ready. I explain, there is not a soul in sight and I’m in no hurry, we’re deciding and to please give us time! Finally we decide. I say the flavors, the explain i wanted regular size, happy hour, not large. She says oh ok pull forward. I ask for the total and am told I’ll get it at the window. She tells me, she made large but will charge me regular price. Ok cool. A guy hands my drinks to me and they say $13.xx. I said excuse me? For two happy hour drinks and some chips and cheese. They look at me bewildered. I said, it’s happy hour, they are like $2 ea! A manager or something steps in and changes the price because those two didn’t understand how to read a clock i guess? Changes the price. I pay, get handed my items and the guy promptly shuts the window on me. I’m sitting there yelling 3x “can i get my receipt” And he opens the window finally mid yell #3. Acting like I’m crazy, hands me my receipt and huffs, then slams the window again.

Why do i even bother going here? It was the EASIEST order in earth. They were NOT BUSY and yet, they still managed to successfully mess things up and gave poor customer service. I give up trying to give them my business. I’m NEVER going back. You couldn’t pay me to go to...
