Lin's Teriyaki Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Washington

Just left after waiting for an hour for take out. First, we called and at first no answer. Then called again and were told to call back in ten minutes. Called again and was told to call back again in 10 mins. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and just went in. It was not busy, a couple was finishing up, one just about to order and three people that seemed to be regulars there. We ordered food for four (chicken teriyaki, fish and chips and yakisoba) and it took an hour. While waiting, the phone rang multiple times and was ignored. The one time it was answered they were told that it was too busy and they couldn't help them. About 40 mins into our wait one of the guys from the kitchen left and came back 5 mins later with noodles. He must have walked up to the Asian market to get noodles for the yakisoba. Overall, very poor costumer service. I would not recommend this place. We would have walked out if we hadn't...

I’ve never had such an underwhelming experience. I ordered the #1 A) Kalbi (21ish after tax) it’s Korean bbq short ribs served with rice and stir fried vegetables. However, the vegetables were not stir fried, it was just steamed vegetables and I suspect they might have been microwaved because parts of it was cold when the waitress served it. The short ribs were not enough food and half of the meat was just fat. The white rice was bland and probably the best part of the meal.

My partner ordered the cheeseburger deluxe basket (12 ish after tax). It was equally underwhelming. They put in an entire slice of onion and smothered it in mayo. The beef Pattie’s were frozen and reheated with a strong grilled/charred after taste.

My partner is having stomach pain now too. Yikes.

I don't know why, but this place seems to be falling apart. I am a cook and know a thing or two about service and this place is awful. Phone will ring non-stop with no one attempting to answer it. I tried calling and when no one picked up went into the restaurant in person. At the counter a single lady is taking orders at a pace not acceptable. Waited 30 min in a 3 person line with no attempts to offer a menu and get us seated. Popular dishes advertised on the menu are usually not available. Eating area was filthy and no one was bussing tables with dishes still on the tables. I could understand if this was just once but I have been here 5 times and can say it is Parr...
