McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington

so I live 2 mins away from this McDonalds so it’s my neighborhood McDonalds but I have had so many problems with this McDonalds one time I a free mc chicken from the app I get the food and go home I have not touched the food at all till I got home when I opened my mc chicken it was bit I walked back to the store only for them to laugh in my face and say I ate it why would I bite a free sandwich and bring it back ??? It was free !!! why would I complain about a free sandwich if I bit it I would have never came back but it was bit by one of the workers i know something was off before I got home because when I got the free sandwich they watched me order it of the kiosk the female manager she was a dark skin lady she asked for my receipt and threw it away since when they ask for the receipt then throw it away ?. So today 3/28/24 @ 9:50 -10:00 I get off of work to get some food because I was hungry the lady that was working there locked me out it was people who was ordering food on the kiosk I asked can I come in and order food she told me no and and forced people from leaving out the door I was at !!! then it was a random guy outside smoking a cigarette by the door she let him in the door after she told me no so I find that wrong I have photos of the people ordering food while I was outside!! this McDonald is so unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!! idc if it was 10 mins till closing if your letting people order still why can’t I I just wanted nuggets and fries 🤣 I’ll be dropping pictures of...

A place that I spend every weekend with my family. In my today's visit. Went inside with my two todlers and wife. The first thing I did is looking for a highchair for my infant . Didnt see one . Wnet to the counter I ask one meal employee. He said look over there pointing to the oppositite of the counter. Wnet there look everywhere and couldn't find one. Go back to the counter desk and I tod the guy it must be inside and could you help me. The employee was just responding by saying it's over there , overthere and if not over there we dont have. (One big mistake) I ask him could you help me and nothing . I ask him can I speak spupervisor. He said no supervisor. After a few minute pass I went back to the desk to ask a cup for water. One of female leady was rude to me. No water for outsider I say I order food here and am enjoying my meal with family on the back table. She turn her back no answer. I say excuse. Another one came and ur receipt. I show here they talk and waited and give me a cup. Went to the machine no water .go back no water in the machine could you give me from the back. She was raised her voice to me and disrespectful. No water. I told her dont raise you voice to me I will call to your authority. She said I hive you the number and laughter and laughter. What is this ? Service ? MACDONALD'S? especially with so many fast food competative market. Do something about employee training and have supervisor all the time from opening...

Surprisingly the food was well prepared and service was delivered well, in a prompt and courteous manner. However, something needs to be done about the rambunctious and uncontrolled behavior, that was demonstrated by a gang of students, who attend a nearby school in the area. Unfortunately, they have turned this location into an after school hang out spot. Some of them had the right to stay in the restaurant after purchasing items from the menu. After finishing their meal, they remained in the restaurant causing a loud and annoying ruckus disturbing other customers. They were asked to tame their behavior or leave by an McDonalds employee, but they refused. I was able to identify the school they attended by locating the name on the uniform they were all wearing. I also overheard one of them speaking with a school official, who had entered the McDonalds to make a purchase. I overheard the student refer to her by her last name. I did not see the school official make an attempt to make the rowdy group of students aware of their uncivilized and immature behavior. I visited the school and spoke to the Asst Vice Prinicpal, and two other office administrators about this altercation. He stated he would address...
