Miza — Restaurant in Washington

Today I was rushing to get to work and though I live right next door to this place I didnt think I was going to have time to grab a smoothie because my lyft was preparing to leave. I quickly tried to go into the restaurant only to find out that they were not opened yet. However the gentleman could tell I was in a rush and only wanted a smoothie so he proceeded to open the door and let me quickly purchase one. His act of kindness shifted my entire morning into a very pleasant start. I run a restaurant myself, so this was a huge reminder to myself that any small act of generosity goes a long way....

10 stars, not just 5, I was in 4 days trip from connecticut to DC and I always love to eat halal food so I did my search and I was super lucky to find this restaurant, it's halal Egyptian food, the food was very tasty, clean, high quality, delicious and very professional staff and customers service, the restaurant it's good and better to take out not really to dine in, definitely every time I come visit Washington DC have to stop again to order special the oaks tail and bashamiel pasta and falafel, yummy 😋, Highly recommended 👌...

Great place for a quick, casual meal, especially if you’re looking for something different from the typical. Had the falafel shawarma, which was delicious. Recommend the garlic aioli sauce with shawarmas. My daughter (who is very picky) enjoyed the chicken shawarma so much she asked for it again a couple days later. My other daughter tried the fish and chicken sandwiches, which she enjoyed. Marwan is great! So friendly & helpful. Definitely will come back on future...
