MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I made an internet over for the first time after hearing about you guys from our friends. We ordered four pizzas, and made notes for my daughter and my son's pizza.

When we arrived at the time of pick up, one of the workers asked if I was the internet order and I confirmed. At that point, another worker began laughing while looking at me and went to another worker who also began laughing and looking in our direction ( I was with my son at the time).

Obviously, I wasn't in on the joke, but I didn't really think much of it (figured I might have misspelled my kid's name on the note, although not sure how that could be that humorous), but the laughing and the whispering continued, which made be very uneasy about what they might have done to my order....

While the first bite seemed ok, I was unable to finish the pizza and worried my family would get sick so we ended up trashing most of the...

This is your standard Mod pizza place (which I like), but they tend to get half of my online orders wrong in some way. The good news though it's that they are really good at fixing the problem without issue. One time, the pizzas got mixed up, so he remade the pizza immediately and also gave me the wrong one for free. Another time, he accidentally added finishing sauce on top of the pizza instead of on the side (because it gets soggy on the way home), and comped me a free cupcake. A third time, the pizzas were mixed up again, but didn't notice until I got home. I didn't report that one because I didn't want to make a big deal, but later my credit card was refunded for the price of the pizza without me saying anything. (I guess the other person said something.)

So if you go, expect great customer service, but leave some time for something...

It was my fault going in on a Friday night. We waited about 30min to get to the front of the line but it was worth it. I love the food and service. The vibes are positive and welcoming, but it can be loud and overstimulating to stay inside.

I would have appreciated if the employees making pizzas would wear hair nets. I'd say longer hair should be pulled back but that doesn't make sense if short hair is also exposed. I had no issues with hair in my food, this was just an observation.

They also had all pizzas handed out in boxes, which is great for leftovers or if you change your mind about dining in, but there was no recycling. There was only trash, which made me feel terrible, given that they have so much...
