Three Lions Pub Novelty Hill — Restaurant in Washington

Great service from Heather on Friday night. Her and Darin were awesome.

Unfortunately, went back in this afternoon for drinks and food and had a poor experience from Jordan. Wasn’t acknowledged when we walked in, had to ask for menus, ordered drinks that never came. She tried to take the menus after we ordered drinks and didn’t come back for several minutes after we ordered our drinks so we walked out. Got attitude when we asked about what was on tap too. We decided to get up and walk out when she was sitting down with someone at a table behind us showing him a bundle of beads.?? Very weird. I do not recommend service from this girl.

This is a great place, with great ownership, and great food. I hope someone talks with this server and she steps it up or there will be more unhappy customers.

Heather is apparently new, and she did an amazing job! She was very attentive and kind the whole time.

I will be coming back another time when I know Heather and/ or Darin are working.

I am a server myself. You can’t teach someone to serve. You either have it in you or you don’t. In my opinion, because a good server is treating someone like they are a guest...

I had a very disappointing experience at Three Lions Pub Novelty. My family's and I were really looking forward to enjoying a meal and some drinks here and celebrate our 8 yearold son, but the service we received from our waiter was shockingly rude. From the moment we were seated, they seemed irritated by simple requests, giving us curt responses and making us feel unwelcome.

After several attempts to get basic service without attitude, we ultimately decided to leave, which is something I’ve never had to do before. We understand that staff can have off days, but the level of unprofessionalism here was unacceptable.

Sadly, I can’t recommend this place based on our experience. I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously and addresses any customer service issues. There are many other places nearby that know how to treat their customers well – we’ll be taking our business...

Fast service I couldn't believe how quick the food came. Three burgers is great. They come with nice hefty toothpicks and Tatar great, cooked to order.

Cobb salad has huge portions of chicken and a whole egg. They even give you extra dressing if you're a "saucy" eater. Hehe.

Grilled cheese with tomato basil was highly recommended by my friend. "The right choice" he said.

Clean and nice restaurant. Seems to have older clientele. Lots of parking, lots of neat places to drive nearby. Right on top of the Novelty Hill Road.

Service is 5* with a wait staff who really just cares about people having a good time. She's awesome. We'll be back. Pa we met "the chef". He's cool.
