On the Go Espresso — Restaurant in Washington

Most places if they make your drink incorrectly they remake it no problem right? Well not here. They put butter beer instead of butter pecan which usually I wouldn’t mind and would just push on but this drink was terrible. I came back and the friendly barista said she would make the correct one but when she was going to hand me the drink she said we’d split the cost. I was surprised because why would either of us have to pay if it’s was just an incorrect drink? We went back and forth I ended up paying. But why would she feel she had to pay for the drink? Yes it was a mistake but surely the owners make enough business to afford a mistake once in a while. I’m mind blown and unfortunately will not be going back. Went there this morning trying to give local instead of Starbucks a chance. Order a 16 oz hot coffee with 3 shots and a 32 oz white chocolate iced coffee.
