Staff lacked communication regarding how long the wait would be for a pizza. Placed an order shortly after 5:00 pm and waited until almost 6:00 pm to pick it up. At roughly 5:30 pm the staff was asked if the order was almost ready and they said yes. Fast forward another 30 minutes and we were able to pick up the pizza.
Having a busy night is a great thing. Lack of communication to your customers, especially ones that drove out to the store in person, is totally unacceptable.
At least give your customers the choice to wait or go elsewhere without taking their money and holding their time hostage while they wait in your store peering at untold pizzas being made for call in/online orders. It is simply too cruel to watch those delicious pizzas walk out the door with other people.
Please note the staff was friendly and professional under a stressful and busy night. The pizza we took one was eaten with great delight and was as amazing as always.

Called the order in, picked up three pizzas, all in a stack. At home putting them in the oven, thought one looked out of place, but my wife ordered one of the various veggie pizzas and I’m not that familiar with all those. After cooking, found out they had given us a different pizza than I ordered. Can’t return a pizza, right? So into the garbage it went and I called the store. They knew they got it wrong but only offered me $5 off my next order. That’s not right, so I asked to speak with the manager. Guy said he’d take my name and number and I would be contacted. Read moreI can't believe I'm going to give Papa Murphy's Pizza a bad reference. Well I went there to get a Cowboy pizza with white sauce for my wife and I and I decided to grab a salad with it. And when I got home and opened the salad container and grabbed a little handful to put on my plate well there was a few pieces of lettuce that we're all moldy and they were quite big. So I didn't think of calling them because I was going to take it back the next day for a refund but when I did took it back the next night the night manager that night said of course it's going to go bad it was 1 day over the exp. Day so I sat and argued with her because the exp. Made was the same as the exp. Date so she didn't give me a refund.
