Taco Bell — Restaurant in Washington

Most of the times I've gone to this location, I've been disappointed in one way or another. The one good thing about it though is that typically the drive thru never seems to have more than a car or two (however, could be because it's not that great of a taco bell). The serving sizes always seem below the size indicated. I once thought I was getting pranked it was so ridiculous. Besides that, I've also had more than 1 occasion where they over charged me. One time it was they charged me the person behind me's order and they refunded it back and then tried charging me 3 more times for my actual order. They did all this mind you without me having a clue what was going on other than the fact they took my card and then closed the window and then came back 10 minutes later, handed back the card and the food and didn't say a word about it. It wasn't until I had a bunch of notifications pop up from my debit card that I called them later and the manager was extremely rude and told me I'd see the refund in a week or two but that I got my food free. Never did I see a refund months later, I called to speak with the manager and she remembered the incident, and Said that something must have happened but I could come to the store and she'd pay me it. She was so snotty about it all, didn't offer a single apology for any of the situation and instead just kept talking over me and acting like because it was less than $10 I shouldn't care when really it was not the principle of it that had me even bother. Never got the refund in person either, by the way. I placed a mobile order to pickup. Arrived at 7:29pm. 5 cars in front of me. Ordered at 7:32pm. Got my food at 7:43pm. I usually go to a different location but since my last experience was so bad, I decided to try this location. I read the reviews from the last couple of months and noticed that most of the reviews are complaints of getting the wrong food or missing items. I also read some reviews that talk about mean/rude employees, so I video taped my experience just in case anything important happened. The car in front of me was handed a bag immediately as he drove up, he checked his bag and handed it back to the employee then we sat in the line for 7 minutes until this customer got his correct order. Meanwhile the app tracker goes from “being made” to “ready.” I intentionally checked my bag to make sure all of my items were in the bag. I didn’t realize that I should open each item to make sure it wasn’t old. Originally I was only going to dock 1 star for the hygiene of the young man at the window. His hair was so greasy, he needed to shower. He was also wearing a very dirty gray sweatshirt. Then I started thinking about how the customer in front of me was handed a bag, then the bag was passed back into the store. This is contradicting the reasons that the lobby is closed. This was definitely against all Covid policies. (I’m a nurse that worked in the hospital with Covid patients during the entire pandemic.) came through the drive through earlier excited to enjoy some Taco Bell since not many other places were open and I order a cantina nacho fries with steak and a grilled cheese burrito. First of all the grilled cheese burrito was decent, but not only was it stuffed all on one side and the other sides was straight tortilla but it was burnt and the meat did not taste fresh. THEN, I was so excited for the nacho fries hoping they would change my mind a little but NO. These were the ABSOLUTE WORST nacho fries I’ve ever had, the fries were soggy and old, the meat was WAY overcooked and there was barely any in the box, and there was little no cheese, also whoever made my nacho fries must hate me because I asked for only a couple jalapeños but they completely LOADED it with jalapeño's I’m taking the nachos-jalapeños ratio is like 3:7.
