I recently ordered from Pizza Hut through Uber Eats, enticed by their fantastic promotion of a free medium cheese pizza and a 2-liter Pepsi for orders over $25. I must say, it was an absolute delight!
The process of placing the order was seamless, and the added bonus of the free items made it even more exciting. As I waited for my pizza to arrive, I couldn't help but feel eager to taste the deliciousness that awaited me.
Once the pizza arrived, I was not disappointed. It was hot, fresh, and loaded with gooey cheese, just as a perfect pizza should be. The crust was perfectly baked and had that ideal blend of chewiness and crispness. Each bite was a burst of flavors that left me craving for more.

Ordered a pizza at 6:15pm and did not receive it until. 9:30pm I called to talk to someone at the store location she was rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do about me receiving my pizza 3 hours later mind you this after I've paid and waited for 2 hours. Then she puts her manager on the phone who is also unprofessional and gives me attitude by saying "Yes I'm here go ahead I'm listening" She then says to me we don't have control over that and we can't do anything to fix it that they don't have drivers and they use door dash to deliver there pizza. If this was the case. I wouldn't have ordered from the place! If this is the best DC has to offer I am unimpressed. The store manager should be ashamed to have people like this working in there store with such poor customer service. The pizza arrived 3 hours later cold and hard. If I had a million bucks, I would gladly give them half because they are that remarkable. Despite facing disrespectful customers, we hold them in high regard and appreciate their dedicated work. They are the embodiment of hard workers, enduring countless challenges. I will never forget the day I walked in and ordered a pizza around 3:00pm. I politely asked the lady if she could hold onto my pizza for 5 minutes until my Uber ride arrived. Without hesitation, she graciously agreed. Sadly, a group of disrespectful young kids, around 12 years old or younger, entered the restaurant and vandalized it with spray cans. Such a disgraceful generation! But these courageous individuals, this formidable woman and the resilient owner, carried on working diligently.
