Subway — Restaurant in Washington

This store is always out of bread! How in the heck does this happen on the regular at a sandwich place? Do you not know when to make new? Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches at approx. 5:30 pm and I was told they wouldn't be ready until 7:30 pm ( yes 2 hours later!) b/c they ran out of bread. I had to decide on waiting and was told to call them back, but guess, what ...when I tried to call the store, the voicemail was full and the phone didn't even ring! WTH? This voicemail was also full over a year ago when I tried to call back after getting the wrong sandwich. When asked about this at the store, they told me they don't know how to clear the voicemail. I mean at this point, it's either pure incompetence or just a complete lack of care for the customer experience or maybe both. Regarding the constant being out of bread, (again a joke for a sandwich place) I provided this feedback to the manager within the last two weeks and she just wanted to offer free coupons and apparently do nothing to address it because here we are again. When I picked up the sandwiches last night, there wasn't even an apology. I'll be avoiding this Subway for a while because they don't care about their customer's experiences, which is disappointing because we love Subway so much and have never had this issue anywhere else. .. hopefully one day...

The wife and I ordered last night online for a 5pm pickup they called at 4:58 to say there bread was frozen so I would have to wait 20 minutes. She couldnt refund me so she finnaly put the bread in the toaster after some discussion but that was just for the 3 sliders I had ordered. We also ordered a foot long and a salad with dressing on the side which they had not started. So they start making our food 12 minutes after the pickup time mind you we did online so it would be quik we had to be at a school thing at 530. They make the sandwiches fine but put sauce in the salad, I tell the girl I order with sauce on the side she rolls her eyes and says no... Like I'm liying I told her to look the the recipt. She agreed and now the other guy has to remake it wich would have been fine but it wasnt. the salad was about 1/5 of the size it should have been and full of water about a cup of water look at the picture, all in all we got out of there with a $9 salad we did not eat and 24 minutes later than the pickup time we will not be back. Went in and there was only one person getting a sandwich in front of me, customer got his meal and was politely asked if it was for here or to go, when my sandwich was made it was quickly bagged up to go and I had to ask if it was ok if I ate there. Not sure if it’s because I’m a minority but it sure felt strange.

Also, I asked for a little extra salt and pepper and the “sandwich artist” dumped more than twice what she put on the first time, ruining it. I’ve eaten the cold cut combo at many different subways, all over the country, but have never had one with so little meat, it had to be half of what I’ve gotten at other subways.
