the FOOD kiosk was closed but thankfully all the potta-potties were open. As you can see ther were lots and lots of 'em. This was three days before peak bloom if the cherry blossoms. The tidal basin was still beautiful since many of the trees had not check the internet and were in full bloom. We used two and they were clean. Great pit stop befoe renting the paddle boats...
