I mean, it's a Wendy's. I went through the drive thru to try their breakfast for the first time. Service was slow though it seemed perhaps like the person might have been new so that's fine and I wasn't in a rush. Sitting at the window I received my drink quickly but then waited, assuming my food would arrive soon, but then I just kept waiting and waiting then I heard someone yell from the kitchen "S*#t! I need chicken!" Then I knew I'd be there for a bit longer and I was. It took, according to my receipt, 27 minutes from the time the order was paid for til I was given my food before I could leave. This is the time from when I paid mind you, not including the time it took to actually get the order entered in by the new person, but I wasn't upset by that, they were new as I said.
I ordered a breakfast baconator combo with a large vanilla ice coffee because I'm a fatty but also classy. And I tacked on a bacon and honey butter chicken sandwich for my buddy. The seasoned potatoes were as cold as I assumed they would be, the sandwiches, which I assumed would be hot because people were yelling for chicken in the back, were also cold as if they'd been sitting around. This blew my mind.
To top it off, I know that we're pretending like covid is over because we're dumb Americans out here apparently but everyone inside, that I could see, was maskless. So if I get the 'rona I'll have to assume it was because some lady was screaming for chicken over my bacon. Maaaan the things I go through to bring you all the real dish out here.
Minus 1 star for cold food. Minus 1 star for being slow as heck. Minus 1 star for giving me the 'rona. Plus 1 star for making me laugh about the chicken scream.

Read moreMultiple visits because me & my roommate live very close BUT after today never again! Multiple screw ups over multiple days & visits and today was the last straw! We ordered french toast meals via the drive thru around 7:10/7:15 am. There was no drive thru screen anymore and the worker never repeated the order back! Normally we always check our bags & receipt before leaving fast food drive throughs but today we were in a hurry because of our work schedules! We got back to a bag of biscuit sandwich meals & the receipt with the wrong order! We called & explained but got NO HELP & stuck w/ food we didn't want! In the past during past visits they've also messed up by giving us part of what we ordered and forgetting the rest! A few months ago between 9:30am & 10am I called before leaving home to ask what time they stop serving breakfast, I was told 10:30. My car was at Firestone getting work done so I decided to walk over for breakfast. The hours posted on the door said lobby open at 9:30am. It was almost 10am (was 9:55) doors were locked! I called again to explain we were outside & ask why the doors were locked which I was told "we open in a few minutes" then when I tried to ask why it was posted that they should be already open they hung up on me! As for atmosphere there's never not large groups of homeless drug addicts harassing people and I've also seen rats running around outside...
Read moreThe worst Wendy’s, and worst fast food experience I ever dealt with. I tried to buy some dinner for me and my family today at 8:30pm. I pulled into the drive thru and the employee tells me to wait, it literally took them almost 10 minutes just to take my order!! I ordered 4 biggie bags and when I get to the window the employee tells me to park in front on the door to wait for my food, no big deal so far… after waiting for 15 MORE minutes I had to walk to the drive thru window (because the doors to the lobby were closed) so i asked them what was going on with my order, Apparently they forgot that I was waiting for my order outside, when they finally gave me the order everything was COLD! so I decided to ask them for a refund. the INCOMPETENT manager gets extremely angry with me because I asked him for a refund and starts blaming me because supposedly I drove away without my food, WHO THE F@&K WOULD DO THAT?! I literally WASTED one hour there! After I finally got my money back the manager was still angry and yelling, he savagely grabs the food and drinks and throws everything to the garbage can right in front of me! That was just insane! I been in this Wendy’s a couple time and the service it’s always terrible!! I’m definitely not coming...
