My service has usually been great. However, I had a very bad experience with the new staff around noon. I ordered a Blue Hawaiian, and it came out greenish blue. When I told the lady that's not what I ordered, she said well we had to guess what comes in it. She was very rude and unprofessional, when I told her that I did not want the drink, nor was it my ordered. I also even offered to give the woman the recipe who took my order. As a modern day neo-esque hippie, I must say that their Tye-Dye red bull smoothies are always a treat to both look at, and drink. Also I love how each Barista as their own style and color scheme they choose to add to it, so it is always a different look each time. I just wish the vividness of the colors would last longer, because especially on these hot summer days, they fade away and blend together most of the time if you don't drink it quick enough. Horrible service! I requested my normal red Bull soda but decided to try it in a smoothie. Came out horrible and tasting like bubblegum. I turned around and explained the situation. The girl just looked and me and shrugged. I asked what they put in the drink and she stated she was not allowed to tell me. What?!
