Why is it so difficult to post your flavors? Your website has generic ice cream flavors, not guaranteed to be available at all locations. You don't list your flavor burst flavors at all. I understand flavors change regularly, but you know what takes 30 seconds to do? Post a picture of your daily availability on social media, and specify which location they're for. We waited patiently in line for over half an hour today looking forward to the POG soft serve and spiced apple flavors to be met with blank stare after blank stare by the server. Then we had to crane our neck and wait for the wind to change direction to see all of the available flavor burst flavors on the one sheet of paper pinned to the far side of the window. Just had the worst experience here. I ordered 3 redbull smoothies with whip cream , and all were messed up. I asked for Two blue raspberry, and coconut redbull smoothies, and a blueberry coconut redbull smothie all with whip. The first two had too much syrup with zero redbull, and the 3rd one wasn’t blended, and she forgot the whip cream on all the drinks after telling her 3 times we all wanted it. We came back, and asked her to fix it since it’s almost 20$ of drinks, and she told us that we didn’t ask for redbull but she’d fix it anyway. Cute, little drive-thru with tasty ice cream cones, if you like soft-serve vanilla or chocolate. If you are looking for a variety of flavors of hard-packed ice cream, this is probably not the place for you. Chocolate dipped cones are available, as well as a unique "flavor burst" cone, which is a vanilla cone drizzled with several choices of flavored syrup. The server at the window was great; friendly and efficient, but the chocolate shake was a BIG disappointment.
