Adrianna's Pizza — Restaurant in Waterbury

Have had nothing but issues with poor food quality on delivery from the waterbury (Baldwin) restaurant. 2 seperate ocassions had food completely destroyed when arrived from both salads being left on oven in restaurant and turned to mush clear liqiud. When i called resturant to inform them they assured me the next time they would comp the salads to make up for the bad ones and both times when i called to place orders on different days they conveniently did not write that down for my address and we got screwed out of the food and money we spent. 2 times in a row we were served bad food and the manager had the order taker hang up the phone in our face to avoid any interaction to correct the issue. Its very sad that we have customer service like this. This restaurant has many complaints regarding food quality after reading all reviews and it is true that they are not customer oriented. Food is good when its taken care of after cooked but there are a lot of mistakes handling food after cooked. I dont recommend this facility after being wronged 2 times and then treated terribly by being hung up on immediately after, both times when employee was asking manager about making good on promise that was conveniently not written down like it was suppose to have been for the address. Again this place has many issues and thankfully are issues were nothing like others have had with food...

this is a second review my first one is below this recently we had ordered a pizza was told it would be about 45 minutes when it was over an hour we called and asked how long until it arrives they said 5 minutes another 45 minutes went by so we called and said cancel the order it was taking far too long they had the audacity to call us back and say never call them again if you read the web reviews you will see countless problems by so many people and mostly related to the employees working within the restaurant and how they are unsanitary and often today they deliver to you tomorrow they do not even when you are just a few minutes walk there are far too many places in the city to worry about this dump do yourself a favor call anybody else

What happened to This place no longer good ordered my pizza all toppings were on one side only told them it was wrong they refused to fix it they treated me rude and tried to charge me again when I finally got them to fix it plus all the workers appeared to not be interested in being there and when I asked any questions they refused to answer for several times do yourself a favor and go to a place that still cares for the customer apparently it is...

I hate it because the pizza was black and it taste like charcoal can you believe that. Also there was this man that was serving a headache big giant lip and he was disgusting and he had a little more on his big fat lip also the pizza was left on the counter he's about this to sit on it after he had fart on it. He was the chef and he went to the liquor store before he served our pizza so we went to a different place. He followed us to the next place and he stepped in line in front of us pensive behind us and shake his butt fart it 3 times and everyone was discussed and they went to the next place and they locked them out and called 911 and you can you believe that that's so disgusting right people. After months back to Adrianna's Pizza in he was back can you believe that and then he cut them farting and farting and farting and farting and farting and farting ew ew it stinks like egg fart and also water eggs. But after we went in the car and drove home we made a pizza out of our home crust and homemade sauce and homemade topping from...
