One star is far too generous for this business. Our company placed an order at 12:20 PM on 2/22/24, and despite them accepting the order, it's now 2:57 PM, and we're still waiting. We've had to repeatedly contact the restaurant to inquire about the delay, only to be informed that they have just one cook. This incompetence is particularly egregious given that the order was placed through Grubhub. Why accept an order and our money if you're aware that you lack the necessary resources to fulfill it? It gets even better , our driver for pickup has been waiting for hours, enduring a litany of excuses every 30 minutes. It's utterly unacceptable for a small business to aggressively market itself across multiple platforms to attract more customers when it's clearly ill-equipped...

Ordered here for the first time, we ordered Mexican fries, chicken patacon & a chimi. I first want to start with the positive the people there seem really nice & respectful my bf picked up the order and said that about them. The Mexican fries were 10/10 they were very delicious.
