Smoko Convenience — Local services in Waterbury

So I live around the corner and began supporting this shop when they had practically nothing in there…2 weeks ago I was leaving for FL and the hour before I realized my vape pen wasn’t working quite right . I had bought one from them before that didn’t work and they had switched it out for another about 6 months ago….when I went 2 weeks ago they only had one…I took it…I didn’t try the pen until I was on my way to the airport……I was stuck without one because they didn’t sell them and I went from the airport to a cruise ship…when I got back I brought it there…I’m pretty sure I paid 11.99 for it…they say 8.99 but they were initially willing to give me 6 dollars store credit then went to 7…trust me it’s not the money it’s the cheapness beyond anything else…2 dollars? I said to the girl if you don’t give me full credit for it I won’t be back…and that’s where we are at…I’ve supported them when I would go there and they wouldn’t have my items for weeks…and I just feel like if 2 dollars is worth my business so be it…but I wouldn’t buy vape stuff from them because I had 2 bad ones…I believe people return them and they put them back in the case so at least try it before you buy it…Sorry to part ways with them but customer service should still matter…They left me in a bad spot...

I’ve been going to this store over a year. They always go above and beyond and have respected me as a customer. They have gone out of their way many times to get me what I needed and the guys in the store always have a smile on their face, extremely friendly and welcoming at all times!
