El Azteca — Restaurant in Waterbury

My pregnant friend had to use the bathroom and was stopped and told she needs to purchase something to use the bathroom. She explained that she was pregnant but they didn’t listen and insisted that she need it to buy something. My friend and I love Mexican food and always eat around there after work. But the fact that a restaurant’ will deny the bathroom to a pregnant person is a place that doesn’t need my support. I understand the restaurant is entitled to their protocol and and rules, but we work going from house to house in the community to do services for children and a bathroom is not always readily available to us. As a community we should do better to be more amable ! I hope you can be more flexible when I potential pregnant customer ask...

Went today around 7pm. Ordered some beef tongue tacos which on the menu was priced at $4.50. When I went to pay the register was pricing them at $5.50. Girl who helped me called the manager or owner im guessing and explained to him the situation to him. He walked away and didn’t even attempt to fix it. Tacos were also cold, flavorless and they skimped on the meat. What place charges for extra sauce when you’re charging so much for empty tacos.

If you only speak english...don't order here...they have a woman that works the phone who...doesn't speak enough English to perform her job...ive gotten my order wrong there a dozen times...DONE... learn English.. your in America if you want American business you will hire someone that has the ability to answer the phone...it's always wrong...beware...I won't order from here again...they should pay me for how many times they messed up my food ...no sympathy ...learn English or hire someone...
