Last couple times food was not good, I ordered a club sandwich and they used the bread ends, it was so stale. The bread sticks were Raw, completely The phone staff are so great here but the kitchen must be a mess. Sometimes we get food from here and are like what could have possibly went through someone's mind that they'd serve this. The phone and front staff are great, maybe that's why we keep trying it again. It's sad because the smallest amount of effort by the kitchen staff could change this place. I know the chef is just going to blame the customer and say we're dramatic and picky. To that end, Raw food and bread ends is all I have to say.

Ordered hogie withsmall change to roast beef and cheese. Spinach for lettuce and sliced cucumbers for tomatoes. Easy simple substitution. Even wawa gets it right, so I don't understand how i got this. Is it a hoagie or a salad? I definitely won't be able to close, fold or bite this. And my other sandwich i asked for mayo not oil and vinegar, but forget customers request (customer just pay,) they will just add it on top of lettuce so whole this is oily mess. Do not waste your money here. I have ordered multiple time (3) never had a good experience with food here. Never had a correct order either.

Best buffalo chicken pizza in the area! Been ordering here for a few years and they never fail with the buffalo chicken pizza. Their other pizzas however are very typical. So If you're looking for flavor without too much spice try the buffalo chicken pizza. Prices are slightly higher than most local places, but give it a try anyway.

UPDATE I still love Fabios, and we order very often, especially for all special occasions. That's why i was disappointed when I called to order the lunch special. Its written clear on their website site 11-3pm. Does not exclude weekends. When i mentioned this, they still would not honor the special.

We are new to the Area of Berlin and have tried to find great Pizza. We ordered from many restaurants. Found overpriced food with rude customer service. We started to give up TILL NOW! FABIO's..OUTSTANDING PIZZA..FAST Service, prices are reasonable, coupons and specials to choose from, and customer service and friendliness was beyond expectations. THANK YOU to the staff and Fabio. The atmosphere in Fabio's is very cheerful.. The service is spot on.. I had the jalapeno poppers and the BLT club with hot peppers and fries and my friend had the best Philly cheese steak.. The bacon on the BLT was just the way I like it.. Crunchy the lettuce was fresh and the sandwich was put together perfectly.. on fresh toasted white bread.. yes wheat was an option.. but when I saw the cheese steak.. oh man.. the poppers with the cheese filling and the dipping sauce.. the place was constantly moving.. wiping the tables and chairs and just keeping the place fresh.. the owner Fabio.. seemed to know everyone who came in and the cooks really know there way around the kitchen.. from great food to great service and a good menu.. The food here is good when it is made correctly.  We stopped going because the food would be burnt most of the time.  I asked if I had to order it a different way so that my pizza wouldn't be burnt.  I was told that I had to order it "lightly cooked".  WHAT??  Shouldn't it be that if I wanted it well cooked then I should ask for that? Pretty frustanting.  I think what happens is that they are preoccupied with their phone or their friends that are hanging out there and they forget about the food.  I know the owner has cooked me a new pizza on the spot, which is very nice, but I rather have my food cooked right the first time.  Sorry to say I don't think that I will be back...
