Used to have really good produce but the quality control is becoming disgusting and Iām starting to get produce that is verging on rotten or IS rotten! This company NEEDS to start checking the produce on shelves so BJās members DONāT buy rotten produce and money wasted! July 20, 2023 bought a mix bag of yellow squash and zucchini. This morning July 22, 2023 opened fridge and saw into vegetable drawer a rotten spot on zucchini and so went to inspect and my fingers went INTO it as I pulled it out! Adding a picture of it and NOT happy, will just buy most vegetables elsewhere if this keeps up. Edit add: December 24th2023 bought double pack Daveās killer bread and ONE loaf was totally moldy, the other not. No way was both from the same batch because seriously doubt only ONE would mold and the other would be fresh. So theyāre probably going through double packs taking out whatās gone bad and putting back together and MISSED mine! Well, I donāt trust ANYTHING fresh they sell there anymore or the dates on them! And I mostly buy fresh so I am DONE and NOT renewing membership since Iām just throwing away what...

I called in regarding a discrepancy in a pickup order which was not the fault of the store or me but rather the app designed by corporate and the woman who answered the phone gave me an attitude for not knowing my membership number by heart and not having my order number in front of me even though I verified all other identifying information. Iāve never had to recall either my membership number or order number in the past to look up an order but apparently this time was different. When I couldnāt produce either the woman said, āHOW DID YOU PLACE THE ORDER THEN?ā And that was the end for me. I then spoke to the āmanager ā at my request and she was equally rude.
I donāt understand how in earth they think itās acceptable to speak to customers so rudely and despite this review I can assure all readers that I was in a jolly mood before calling and at the start of the call. As someone who has worked in customer service for the better part of 24 years I always approach each interaction with manners, kindness and empathy.
