Very pleasant atmosphere. Great dinor with fantastic breakfasts. Sausage is very good. Pancakes are light and fluffy. The waffles are huge Belgian waffles. The scrambles are nicely set up with a good ratio of meat, cheese, potatoes, egg and veggies. The staff is super friendly and very tolerant with children. My grandson remembered lollipops from a previous visit and wanted to help pay because he was hoping for another one. She pulled lollipops out as he thought she would and made his day. I'm not sure why there are such high reviews for friendly service, we have been to Kim's diner several times and the food is always good but very unfriendly service. After this last visit I felt the need to give this review. The 2 ladies working did not greet us with a smile, greeting or anything. Came to this good little diner while visiting the area from out of state. Lots of locals in for breakfast. The coffee was diner coffee but it was in a real mug with free refills. I got a basic egg & sausage meal and the food was tasty and my over-medium eggs were cooked perfectly. Also has relatively reasonable prices and a pleasant wait staff. If I get to come back I'd love to try their selection of pies. Great spot...
